Request Services

At Bridging the Gap Foundation, we’re committed to making mental health services more accessible to the communities we serve. If you or someone you know is in need of support, you’ve come to the right place.

This is the first step toward accessing professional counseling through one of our qualified clinicians.

How It Works:

  1. Complete the Intake Form
Tell us more about yourself or the person seeking services. This helps us understand your needs and match you with the most appropriate provider.
  2. Review and Match
Our team will review your request and determine whether this program is the right fit. Service determinations are made on the 15th and 30th of each month, and you will be notified shortly after regarding next steps.
